FIELDERS CHOICE PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Fielders Choice prides itself on having the best warranty and post-sale service possible. If you have any problems with your goods purchased from Fielders Choice, please contact our Prostaff on (08) 9361 6117 or prostaff@fielders.net, and refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information included with your goods.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, Fielders Choice will be happy to exchange the product free of charge or refund the full value of the product if it is found to indeed be faulty upon inspection by Fielders Choice. Shipping costs of sending the faulty product back to Fielders Choice for inspection will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow a few days for refund.

Fielders Choice is happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit subject to the terms and conditions below. However please note Fielders Choice does not offer Cash Refunds for non-faulty products.

Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it for a Store Credit or Product Exchange (product of equal or lesser value) subject to the following terms.

The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs for all warranty and returns.

Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in original packaging. Fielders Choice reserves the right to refuse any Return if in the opinion of Fielders Choice the goods have been used in any way.

Cooling off period - if you change your mind about purchasing one of our products please let us know before the product is shipped, otherwise  you will be responsible for the return shipping charge. The product must be in "factory new condion" for cooling off period returns.
